Give Yourself the Gift of Movement

About Us

Meet the Founders

2Unstoppable is a non-profit organization founded by two women with personal histories of breast cancer. Through our own trials and tribulations, we realized the transformative power of exercise and the positive impact it can have on one’s physical and mental well-being. We now want to help other women on their cancer journeys experience a better quality of life and improved outcomes through exercise.

Our Mission

To inspire and support physical and emotional fitness among women with a cancer diagnosis.

To help forge powerful, motivating and supportive connections to encourage exercise during cancer treatment and throughout your life.

To promote a supportive community of women interested in finding ways to stay active.

Our Vision

Our vision is to help every woman who has been diagnosed with cancer to find the fitness solutions she needs to become and stay active.

Our Story

Although our personal cancer stories are different (and aren’t they all?) we each recognized the importance of moving, even during treatment.  The doctors were clear, the research was clear, but, most importantly, we each realized that fitness, in any form, helps us feel less anxious, reduces stress, combats fatigue, minimizes and combats other side effects, and gives us more energy.  Most of the time it was simply walking with a friend or doing gentle yoga together that provided our activity and gave us much-needed support. We know firsthand how difficult it is to summon the energy to be active during this time. Our friends were instrumental in keeping us moving!

Everyone can benefit from a partner and a community to inspire and motivate us to move, and that’s why we founded 2Unstoppable, to help women with a cancer diagnosis find community, social support, and exercise resources to keep moving throughout their cancer journey.
