2Unstoppable Strong is a live, virtual, progressive, oncology-specific exercise program developed and delivered by certified cancer exercise specialists. Through hospital and cancer center partnerships, patients can participate at no cost. Partners may offer a 10-week cohort for women after active treatment or a 6-week cohort for women living with metastatic cancer. Both programs provide safe movement, expert guidance, and the support of a caring community.
Every participant receives a personalized functional movement assessment via Zoom, ensuring the program is tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
Participants receive a complimentary equipment bag (valued at $40), including a resistance tube and other tools needed to support safe and effective exercise from home.
Participants join live Zoom classes from the comfort of home, with on-demand access to class recordings.
We keep our groups small—typically 6 to 10 participants—to ensure each individual receives personalized guidance and has the opportunity to build meaningful connections in a supportive environment.
Our programs are led by Certified Cancer Exercise Specialists with extensive experience. Each session is designed with the unique needs of the class.
Beyond the classes, participants benefit from a strong, understanding community—fostering motivation, encouragement, and connection throughout.
How Partnership Works
Meet with 2Unstoppable to determine whether a 10-week or 6-week cohort is the best fit, review partnership details, and select dates.
Your team identifies 6–10 women who are eligible and ready to join.
Participants complete all required forms online. A medical release from their physician is also required before joining the program.
After the medical release is received, each participant meets virtually with our Fitness Director for a brief movement assessment. This helps us understand their mobility, range of motion, and any modifications needed to support them safely in class.
About one week before class begins, 2Unstoppable mails equipment directly to each participant. Then the cohort comes together for live virtual classes that include music, cardio, strength training, mobility, and flexibility — all within a supportive community of women

Real words from the healthcare partners and women who make this community so meaningful.
2Unstoppable has been a truly wonderful partner, they are exactly what we needed to bring safe fitness to our patients. Our women participating in 2Unstoppable Strong shared that this experience has been life-changing, helping them feel stronger, more flexible, and more motivated, and deeply connected to a community near them that truly understands what they’re going through. We all know physical activity is essential to survivorship, but many cancer centers simply don’t have the time, staffing, or resources to offer a high-quality fitness program. 2Unstoppable makes it easy. From the initial physical fitness assessment to the guidance of certified cancer exercise specialists, we know our patients are in good hands every step of the way.
2Unstoppable is an exceptional exercise program for cancer survivors, providing a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes strength, confidence, and overall well-being. Participants benefit not only from improved physical health and reduced fatigue, but also from the emotional support and motivation the program fosters. The team is compassionate, professional, and incredibly easy to work with, making the experience seamless and empowering for survivors at every stage of recovery.
